Gift card prices are shown at their face value with 0% product markup. The equivalent crypto amount is calculated at the time of checkout. For non-USD products, an FX conversion rate with approximately 2% spread is applied. Blockchain gas fees are separate and paid by you during the transaction.

For non-USD products, a currency conversion spread of approximately 2% is applied. Blockchain network (gas) fees for your crypto transaction are separate and not charged by us.

Refunds are only available when a gift card fails to be issued due to a system error on our end ("Issuance Failure"). Successfully issued gift cards cannot be refunded, regardless of whether the code has been redeemed.

What are the refund options?

You can choose between two options:

• Points Refund (Instant): Receive the equivalent value as points (1 point = $0.01). For example, a $50 order receives 5,000 points. Points are valid for 12 months.

• Crypto Refund (USDC): Receive a USDC refund to your wallet on Base or Polygon network. Processing takes 1–3 business days.

Is there a refund deadline?

Yes. You must request a refund within 30 days of the order date. After 30 days, refund requests cannot be processed.

• The gift card was successfully issued (even if not redeemed)
• You provided incorrect information (wrong email, wrong product)
• The gift card code has been used
• The 30-day deadline has passed
• Your account was suspended for Terms violations

Go to My Orders, find the order with "Issue Failed" status, and choose your preferred refund method. Points refunds are processed instantly. Crypto refunds require you to enter a USDC wallet address and select a network (Base or Polygon).

Yes. We use Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) to protect your data, passwordless Magic Link authentication to eliminate password-related risks, and all payments are processed through Coinbase Commerce, a trusted and regulated payment platform. Your personal data is never shared with third parties.

All data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with row-level security policies. You can only access your own orders and data. We use HTTPS encryption for all connections and do not store cryptocurrency wallet information or private keys.
