You can browse the catalog without an account, but you need to sign in to make a purchase. We use passwordless Magic Link authentication — just enter your email and click the link we send you. No passwords needed.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Gift cards are typically delivered instantly after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours depending on blockchain confirmation times and gift card availability.

Question 7

What cryptocurrencies do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all cryptocurrencies supported by Coinbase Commerce, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC, DAI, Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and more. The full list of supported currencies is shown at checkout.

Question 8

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Gift card prices are shown at their face value with 0% product markup. The equivalent crypto amount is calculated at the time of checkout. For non-USD products, an FX conversion rate with approximately 2% spread is applied. Blockchain gas fees are separate and paid by you during the transaction.

Question 9

Which countries' gift cards are available?

Accepted Answer

We currently offer gift cards for 16 countries: South Korea (KR), Japan (JP), United States (US), Thailand (TH), Vietnam (VN), Malaysia (MY), Philippines (PH), Singapore (SG), Hong Kong (HK), Taiwan (TW), China (CN), United Kingdom (GB), Canada (CA), Australia (AU), India (IN), and Indonesia (ID).

Question 10

Is there a markup on gift card prices?

Accepted Answer

No. We charge 0% product markup. The price you see is the face value of the gift card. You pay the exact retail price.

Question 11

Are there any other fees?

Accepted Answer

For non-USD products, a currency conversion spread of approximately 2% is applied. Blockchain network (gas) fees for your crypto transaction are separate and not charged by us.

Question 12

How do points work?

Accepted Answer

Earn 1% of the USD crypto payment as points after your gift card is issued. A $50 payment earns 50 points, worth $0.50 off a future order. Whole points are rounded down; amounts paid with points do not earn rewards. Points are store credit, not cash.

Question 13

How much are points worth?

Accepted Answer

1 point = $0.01 USD. So 1,000 points = $10.00 discount at checkout.

Question 14

Do points expire?

Accepted Answer

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Points may also be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

Question 15

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are only available when a gift card fails to be issued due to a system error on our end ("Issuance Failure"). Successfully issued gift cards cannot be refunded, regardless of whether the code has been redeemed.

Question 16

What are the refund options?

Accepted Answer

You can choose between two options:

• Points Refund (Instant): Receive the equivalent value as points (1 point = $0.01). For example, a $50 order receives 5,000 points. Points are valid for 12 months.

• Crypto Refund (USDC): Receive a USDC refund to your wallet on Base or Polygon network. Processing takes 1–3 business days.

Question 17

Is there a refund deadline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You must request a refund within 30 days of the order date. After 30 days, refund requests cannot be processed.

Question 18

When is a refund NOT available?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are not available when:
• The gift card was successfully issued (even if not redeemed)
• You provided incorrect information (wrong email, wrong product)
• The gift card code has been used
• The 30-day deadline has passed
• Your account was suspended for Terms violations

Question 19

How do I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

Go to My Orders, find the order with "Issue Failed" status, and choose your preferred refund method. Points refunds are processed instantly. Crypto refunds require you to enter a USDC wallet address and select a network (Base or Polygon).

Question 20

Is SodaCrypto safe to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) to protect your data, passwordless Magic Link authentication to eliminate password-related risks, and all payments are processed through Coinbase Commerce, a trusted and regulated payment platform. Your personal data is never shared with third parties.

Question 21

How is my data protected?

Accepted Answer

All data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with row-level security policies. You can only access your own orders and data. We use HTTPS encryption for all connections and do not store cryptocurrency wallet information or private keys.
